The road was a little scary because of its narrowness, but we were able to reach the parking lot with caution. There was also a public restroom set up beside the large parking lot. We will move to [Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine], a three-hour drive away.Then, while looking at the outer rim of Aso… 🚗 we will move further.On the way, we had soba (buckwheat noodles).It is located on the side of the road, so you might pass by it unintentionally, but this sign is a landmark.We arrived at the popular Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine, made famous by its anime model.Strangely enough, most of the photos I took here had orbs or lines of light in them. It is a power spot after all.Passing through the torii gate at the entrance, a fantastic world unfolds.Lined with cedar trees, the approach to the temple is a bit cool and the air is clear and pleasant.There were quite a lot of people visiting the shrine.After about 15 minutes of climbing the stairs leading into the forest, the temple was visible in the back. It is recommended to wear sneakers.It is said to bring good luck for matchmaking and prosperous business. After paying your respects firmly, there is a pathway that climbs up from just beside the temple, which leads to another power spot in the shrine, Ugeto-iwa (穿戸岩).
